Viridian Ventures has begun construction on Viridian Seagrove, a luxury condominium to be located at the corner of Scenic Highway 30A and County Road 395 in Seagrove Beach. The Gulf-view residences will be situated atop V Seagrove restaurant, which will be closed until Spring 2016 during the initial phase of construction.
Upon completion, the development will also include retail and commercial space and possibly additional restaurant at the north end of the property. The total build out will be called ‘Downtown Seagrove’.
“The project is the fruition of a long term vision to enhance the 30A community with an inspired and deliberate use of this outstanding property,” said Chip Haring, onsite developer representing Viridian Ventures, which is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
The property will be limited to eight residences, featuring an art deco style that was widely used in Seagrove Beach when it was founded in 1949.
The residences will be three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,000 to 4,000 square feet. Each unit will have an outdoor living area and premium finishes. Initial onsite amenities will include covered parking, V Seagrove restaurant, a common gulf-front green, a private boardwalk to the beach and concierge service.

The principals at Viridian Ventures have developed commercial, residential and hotel projects all over the Southeast including Florida, Alabama and Texas. The team bringing Viridian Seagrove to the market is designer DAG Architects, builder Arkon Group Construction Company and sales agency Beach Properties of Florida.
Live Simple, Inc. will actively manage the property upon completion which is scheduled for Summer 2017.
